We at Peasum always set out to engage users throughout the design of services in order to optimise the end-product. This will be done at a variety of levels, including:
- Prototyping stage: Customer groups will be given a walk-through of prototypes or ‘wireframes’ of online services to acquire feedback on ease of use and preferences. We study how they respond to and interact with these prototypes and update the design accordingly.
- Where options exist for how services can be delivered, such as the way in which a feature is labelled or where help information is offered, users’ feedback will be sought in order to make the final product better.
