
In addition to the business-focused behaviours outlined in our last post, the Service Provider must demonstrate these personal attributes:
- Demonstrate a breadth and depth of supply chain experience, which will add value in terms of procurement efficiency.
- Focus on continuous improvement as well as risk-sharing, ensuring that the outcomes are optimal for both parties and the end customers.
- Showcase the ability to develop trusted working relationships and outcome-focused governance structures, to which both parties will be committed at an organisational and personal level.
