Our training approach sees us co-ordinating a programme of training/development over the period of any transformation lifecycle to ensure that:
- Services are delivered by effectively trained staff with the skills and knowledge required
- Activity is coordinated to ensure users have the right skills to access and make best use of the transformed services
- Users are sufficiently skilled to deliver all aspects of the service.
- Staff and end users are fully competent and confident to ‘adopt ‘new ways of working
